Dark chocolate is a love of my life !!! No exaggeration there. usually my taste buds venture from 50% to around 80% dark chocolate. I was super excited to finally be able to try and review a VALOR product . A brand that I had been looking out for a long while but couldn’t get my hands on. Thanks to REGAL CONFECTIONS ( distributor of food products in Canada ) as the sponsor of this video, I was finally able to try VALOR. They sent me the VALOR 82% CACAO EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE bar. Beautiful and intricately designed chocolate bar. it smells absolutely heavenly of delicious dark chocolate. Surprisingly for such a high percentage dark chocolate there is almost no bitterness in the flavour. Like most chocolate bars with high percentages it has some sour notes in the flavour and also has a good amount of sweetness. It is creamy and not chalky at all. There is a good amount of smoky / roasted flavour in the bar. Amazing and delicious experience.
