NOOSHEEN KOLOOCHEH Persian Walnut Soft Cookies REVIEW VIDEO

NOOSHEEN is a very popular brand of Iranian soft baked cookies called KOLOOCHEH. These cookies have filled centres and traditionally its filled with a walnut paste that also has some spices such as cardamom. These cookies are rather big and thick and very soft to the touch. The cookies are fairly light in colour and have a light brown walnut paste filling. I loved the scent of cardamom in the filling. These cookies are very soft and chewy and have a perfect amount of sweetness to them, not at all too sweet like most American cookies are. The walnut paste filling is also very soft and chewy.
