I love Ice Cream. I have recently discovered peppermint bark. For those of you who dont know what that is, its basically a minty brittle made out of mint candy and white chocolate and usually topped with dark chocolate. If you love mint flavour sweets you will love peppermint bark. We have two chain ice cream stores in our province. One of them is MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY and they have more variety of flavours than the competition. They also come out with more new flavours. When I saw that they had com out with a PEPPERMINT BARK flavoured Ice Cream i couldn’t resist trying out and reviewing it for you guys.
