HAJABDOLLAH SAFFRON COTTON CANDY REVIEW VIDEO

Cotton candy is a nostalgic treat here in North America. Most common at circuses and carnivals. However in Iran cotton candy is more of a traditional desert. Most common flavours in Iran are saffron, vanilla and chocolate. Cotton candy in Iran comes in two different forms, spawn on a stick for outside consumption and a denser more compact version packaged in boxes for home consumption. Saffron is a very common spice used in many Iranian deserts. HAJABDOLLAH SAFFRON COTTON CANDY pieces look like a half ball of yarn that is a light creamy yellow colour. It is semi dense and crumbly to the touch. If you look at it closer you can see strands of what loos like hair or thin yarn. Very nice mild saffron scent to it. As with all other saffron based Iranian deserts, the saffron flavour in these cotton candy pieces is nice and mild. The texture is crumbly yet smooth and melts in the mouth right away.
