I have recently discovered bean to bar chocolate and have fallen in love with the concept, the niche-ness and the variety of interesting and unique flavours bean to bar chocolate companies have to offer. One such company I discovered a few months back is DARK FOREST CHOCOLATE. Everything from their beautiful packet ( envelope ) style packaging to the flavours they offer makes this company interesting and unique. They sent me three bars to review. GOAT MILK 55 % , DARK MADAGASCAR 65 % , and DARK BOLIVIAN 75 % . The company is based in New York and offers a huge variety of flavours of chocolate bars.
