I love cookies. Crunchy and sweet. Whats not to love? One particular category of cookies that is a favourite of mine is cream sandwich cookies. They come in many different flavours for the cookies and for the cream in between them. One of my favourite flavours in any desert is lemon and lemon zest. One of the best uses of lemon flavouring and lemon zest is in cookies. It was my first time seeing LEMON CREME cookies from DARE. The packaging looked absolutely stunning and along with my love for cream cookies and lemon flavouring, it enticed me to buy it and try it out.
